We are looking for a passionate Product Designer to join our startup’s core team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to design the user experience and visual elements of our next-generation AI-powered platform, shaping the future of how B2B sales and revenue teams collaborate and engage with their leads.
As a core member, you will be instrumental in defining the look and feel of our product and ensuring an intuitive and delightful user experience.
What we do:
Yess is creating the first B2B revenue generation platform that increasing pipeline automates pipeline creation efforts for sales and revenue teams, through a novel collaborative solution. Yess is a seed-stage startup founded by 4 ex-AWS veterans, backed by tier 1 VC firms, and supported by notable angels from G2, Snowflake, Elastic, Zendesk, and Palo Alto.
We’re seeking a professional who:
- Is passionate about creating user-centered designs in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Has a keen eye for detail and strives to balance aesthetics with usability, ensuring a seamless experience for users
- Thrives in a startup setting, managing multiple design projects and iterating quickly based on feedback from internal stakeholders and users.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years ****of ****experience in product design or UX/UI design roles, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment.
- Thrives in a startup setting, managing multiple design projects and iterating quickly based on feedback from internal stakeholders and users.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with the ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and how they drive the design process to create intuitive and accessible user interfaces.
- Experience working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and concisely.
- Fluent in English.
